Susan (Cleaner) was friendly & professional at her job... Overall staff is amazing & willing to accommodate with everything. Pool was clean and relaxing. Having the option to BBQ was a great addition. I've stayed all over Niagara Falls over the years & this place is truly underrated. “Had an amazing stay, everything was great from check in to check out. Front desk staff has a wonderful personality. Owner is very attentive and friendly. Our room was perfect, you smell the cleanliness from the parking spot. The 2 cleaners on the main level (Susan and her partner) are just wonderful. They are fun, helpful and professional. The pool is clean and refreshing. We cooked on the bbq provided and enjoyed the guest areas to sit and eat. Continental breakfast provided is perfect. ALL staff on the premises were friendly and helpful. We will most definitely be back! Thanks for making our weekend so fun. 😊”

 

“Stayed here for 4 nights on my first trip to Canada. This place was AMAZING!! Budget friendly too. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great place for family. I’d definitely stay here again; only about a mile away from Clifton Hills and water falls. Rooms very clean and even had a mini fridge and microwave.”
